Wow..I never knew MP had any hill stations. Thank you for the detailed description of each one of them. My brother lives in Bhopal and next time I go, I will surely visit at least one of them.
Out of the places you have mentioned, I have only been to Mandu, and wouldn’t classify it as a hill station, more like a rocky plateau now. Nevertheless, it has some interesting geological wonders. Tamia sounds like a must-visit place, as does Amarkantak. I like going to the lesser visited places.
I didn’t know that there are so many beautiful hill stations in MP considering that it’s mostly plateau. Have heard of some of these names though. This list will be useful while planning a trip later this year.
MP is truly beautiful state, I am happy that I got to visit it thrice and have fond memories. Shall explore more Hills and its beauty with my children.
Madhya Pradesh truly offers a unique blend of natural beauty and spiritual heritage. The hill stations like Pachmarhi and Amarkantak are perfect retreats for those seeking tranquility and a touch of the divine.
What a beautiful post! I have not visited MP so far. But I want to visit Indore for its street foods and Chanderi for it lovely sarees. There are so many nice places to check out in MP! Thanks for sharing.
I have never been to MP or even known that there are hill stations there. I like how you have given a detailed explanation of all the places which makes it very easy to plan a trip in the future.
This has been an interesting post, and frankly one I have learnt from. Somehow, I never thought that MP could be a holiday destination too as one doesn’t know about these hill stations. and each one looks lovely and worth experiencing for myself.
MP has been on my list because I’ve wanted to visit khajuraho, but didn’t know that it also has a lot of places to visit. Thanks for sharing a detailed information about the places.
