Review of the Influencer App

With the advent of the internet and mobile telephony the way companies and brands reach out to existing and potential customers has seen a sea change. The emergence of Social Media as a powerful medium for reaching out to targeted segments of the market has seen the emergence of a new breed of freelancers or Social Media Influencers who collaborate with brands and use their own established Social Media platforms and Reach to help the Brands market their products and services. There are also companies who provide a platform for Brands and Influencers to meet on a common platform to maximize their synergies. One such company is Influencer and they have come up with an App for Social Media Influencers.

I downloaded the app – Influencer App from Google Play store onto my Android phone and it was pretty much simple and hassle free. The registration involved inputting some simple information like my email id, website address, etc. and I was all set to begin as an Influencer through the app – Influencer App.

The App is an interface for bloggers and influencers to work and corroborate with leading brands. Influencer app is first of its kind that is launched in India that helps the influencers to sign up for campaigns that they wish to work for with the leading brands. They can get paid for working on these campaigns. The influencers can create and share content on their blogs and social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube etc.

      

I found the app quite user friendly and could navigate easily across the different menu elements. The main menu has sections wherein you can check the status of the campaigns you have applied for, review and update your profile, review and update your Bank information. There is also a Chat option, however I guess that is not activated as yet because I did not receive any response to my message.
