The world is so beautiful, isn’t it? So many places to see, one needs to believe in reincarnation and take birth again and again to see everything! As travelers, every place holds its own unique magic for us, but there are some places which are special even when you have not visited them. The visual imagery of such places ensures that they touch you deep within and you have a burning desire to visit them. These are places like Rome, Switzerland, Paris, etc. These were ours too and we are happy to have lived our dreams. Another set of exotic places that are hauntingly beautiful include places Seychelles, Maldives, Bahamas, and Hawaii. These places with their surreal image of catering to the rich and the famous have always evoked feelings of uber-luxury and indulgence. Of these places, the Maldives has been a place has always enthralled us and also seemed within reach given its location in Asia and the availability of many international flights. We hope to get to the Maldives sooner rather than later and immerse ourselves in all the places to visit in the Maldives.

There are so many experiences waiting to enchant and mesmerize visitors. Of course with some of the best beaches in the Maldives, a visit to the place is bound to be a beach holiday. We have watched this island on television and movies and are head over heels in love with it. The place is a favorite with visitors and its long powdery beaches provide the ideal setting for a calm walk on the beach. But what really beckons us to the COMO Cocoa Islands are the presence of the famed water villas. It would be an out of the world experience to wake up in one of the exotic water villas that dot the COMO Cocoa islands.

Experience Nirvana at The Baros island

We always prefer places that have fewer footfalls. Places not visited by many. The Baros island fits this bill. We understand that this island is secluded and ideal for those looking for a bit of solitude. The island seems ideal for us to connect and commune with nature. A place that is sure to be a nirvana of sorts.

Dive Into The Fascinating Underwater World

Diving is something we hope to do and what better place to do it than the Maldives. Its crystal clear and warm waters make it an ideal place. We also understand that there are many qualified divers who can help in training and certification, it would be living a dream beneath the water and amongst the corals and other colorful creatures beneath the sea. If not diving, we would be happy to indulge in snorkeling as well. Maybe we could even get our PADI certification!

Indulge The Senses on A Maldives Cruise

We would love to cruise amidst the 26 atolls in the Indian Ocean that form the Maldives. It would be heaven to lie on deck and watch the sun sinking into the blue of the ocean from the blue of the sky. A candlelight dinner adds just that bit of a romantic aura to the proceedings. A relaxing cruise around the islands would be a wonderful way to see the Maldives.

Soak in The Vibes of Male

A visit to the Maldives would be incomplete without spending time in the vibrant capital city Male. The city is dotted with multiple mosques and other colorful structures. A walk in the local markets is sure to be an interesting experience in local interaction. The place is said to throb with the local culture and heritage. A visit to the Old Friday mosque built of coral stones which is an integral part of the history of Maldives is a must. We would also not fail to visit the National Museum as museums are the windows to the culture, history, and heritage of a place.

The Maldives is synonymous with the ultimate experience in luxury and pampering. A place that is a bonanza for the senses. We wait for the stars to play their part and unveil a Karmic design that ushers in the best time to go to the Maldives for us.
