TruJet has many offers for its customers from time to time. When we flew TruJet they were running an interesting contest that had on offer a free flight ticket. All one had to do was fill up a small form with your name and other details. There was a draw of lots and one lucky winner got a free ticket on a TruJet flight. What was really interesting and exciting for the customers was that the winner was announced on the flight itself.
Flying TruJet Airlines To Hampi From Bangalore – TruJet flight
One of our favorite destinations has to be the World Heritage Site of Hampi. The place that figured at number two in the list of best places to visit in 2019 done by the New York Times.
Hampi is a place not really far from our home city of Bangalore in the southern state of Karnataka, India. Hampi lies about 345 kilometers from Bangalore, the capital city of Karnataka. Traveling to Hampi entails either a road trip that would take about 7 hours or an overnight train journey.
We have been to Hampi a number of times and the songs of mesmerizing ruins compel us to return again and again. We have always traveled by road, but this time around it was different. Trujet Airlines had brought Hampi closer. Yes! that is right, as close as just 50 minutes of travel time! Trujet has a flight that connects Bangalore to Hampi. There is also a flight that connects Hampi with the city of Hyderabad, the capital city of the southern state of Telangana.
Hampi was calling again. This time for a couple of days exploration of some of the off-beat areas. We realized that one could actually fly close to Hampi from Bangalore and that is exactly what we did.
We decided to fly Trujet Airlines that has a flight from Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru to the Jindal Vidyanagar Airport at Torangallu which is just about 38 kilometers from the historic ruins of Hampi.
We had a very nice experience of flying TruJet Airways from Bangalore to Torangallu and back. We had conveniently done our TruJet web check-in and reached the airport on time. A quick check online of our TruJet flight status and we were pleased to note that the flights were on time both ways. We boarded the flights conveniently and had a nice flight both ways.
It is, of course, a short flight and the TruJet cabin crew were courteous and showed us to our seats. The seating was comfortable with adequate legroom. Within no time we were at our destination after a satisfying TruJet flying experience.
