We reached Siem Reap after visiting Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville, our itinerary was packed and included two days to take in the wonders of Siem Reap. We reached our hotel in Siem Reap, the Kingdom Angkor Hotel late evening and were happy to relax in the comfort of the hotel as a hectic two days awaited us in Siem Reap.

This is a review of the Kingdom Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap Cambodia, based on the experience of our stay there. Kingdom Angkor Hotel Siem Reap is one of the good luxury hotels in Siem Reap.
Location of Kingdom Angkor Hotel
The Kingdom Angkor Hotel Siem Reap Cambodia is very strategically located in central Siem Reap. It is situated right on National Road 6. It is really convenient to get around Siem Reap for sightseeing and shopping from Kingdom Angkor Hotel Cambodia.
- The hotel is about 8 kilometres from the famous UNESCO World Heritage site of Angkor Wat
- The hotel is about 4 kilometres from downtown Siem Reap
- Siem Reap International Airport (SEP) is about 6 kilometres from the hotel
Accommodation At Kingdom Angkor Hotel
The hotel offers 103 spacious and luxury rooms. They have beautifully furnished and elegantly done suites and rooms. These include Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Triple Rooms, Deluxe Family Connecting Rooms, Junior Suites, and Family Suites.
We stayed in a Junior Suite. which had a spacious area of about 56 square meters. The room was beautifully done in the heritage Khmer style. There was a comfortable Double Bed, armchair, couch, writing table, and chairs. There was a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub along with all necessary toiletries and bathrobes and slippers. The room amenities included the following accessories:

Restaurants & Food
The Kingdom Angkor has the restaurants Liv Yi and Devy that cater to Asian and Western Cuisine. We had the complimentary breakfast at the Devy Restaurant while staying at the hotel. As we were out during the day we had our lunch and dinner outside.
The buffet breakfast included Asian and Continental fare and included sandwiches, cakes, juices, noodles, and pasta, along with coffee and tea. The options for vegetarians were somewhat limited.
Other Facilities & Service
The hotel has an indoor gym and an outdoor swimming pool for those who want to work on their fitness. As we were busy exploring the sights of Siem Reap, we did not make use of these facilities. The hotel also has an interesting souvenir shop where one can buy curios.
The hotel also organizes private temple tours and one can choose from a One Day Tour, Two Days Tour, and Three Days Tour.
